I remember walking into the beautiful Birchwood and up to Karen’s room on their gorgeous wedding day. When I knocked on the door I heard a squeal of excitement followed by “they’re here!” Karen greeted us at the door with a huge hug, her amazing smile and said, “I am so excited you are here, you guys are my favorite vendor!” I knew from that moment her wedding day was going to be beyond incredible. This of corse melted my heart, I have a big soft heart and when other people are excited + full of joy I can’t help but to be overjoyed myself. As we followed Karen into the room Brandon leaned over to me and said, “I can see the tears of joy in your eyes”. Yes, I admit it made me tear up a bit. I can’t help it, I just love joyful happy people.

It’s this beautiful sense of joy and love that has found its way onto The Knot …I’m thrilled to see their wedding featured and I couldn’t be more honored. This truly is the icing on the cake!
