WEDDING TIP: On-Site Day Of Wedding Coordinator

Many venues come with an on-site wedding coordinator. Some wedding coordinators are “day of only” and some do a little bit more, so be sure you know what they will be handling the day of your wedding. Take the time to connect your coordinator with your photographer, videographer, DJ, and caterer (via email is great) – this will ensure everyone is on the same page regarding your wedding day timeline.

If the venue does not offer an on-site wedding coordinator, we strongly suggest hiring a wedding planner. Or you hire a day-of coordinator to take care of all the details and to help things go smoothly. The last thing you want to be doing on your wedding day is working.
