They first met on a medical mission trip to Vietnam while attending college at Mercer University School of Medicine. Nidhi was just in premed at the time and the world of medicine had her inthralled with life.
However… it was not until a year later that they starting dating after they reconnected while hanging out one evening with mutual friends.
He totally remembered her but for Nidhi it was like they were meeting for the first time.
In the summer of 2015 they took their first hike up Sawnee Mountain together hand in hand. As they stood upon the rock face summit over looking a vast valley of green with the blue Ridge Mountain range in the distance they both new this was love.
Three years later Dhruv took Nidhi back up that same hike. As they reached the summit and once again gazed over the immense beauty below he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Obviously she said YES!! And in 2020 they will become husband + wife.
We seriously can’t even with these two, they love is so incredible to witness and document!
As the 4 of us frolicked around the Dahlonega Vineyards, valleys and mountains we found so of the most gorgeous light.
It was God’s little way of smiling down on these two amazing people!
