Dusty Sage gorgeous pastel and beautiful spring colors set the mood for Lynne + Scott’s perfect wedding day at Five Star Lodge & Stables in Blue Ridge GA. Kim Peace-Hill the private wedding coordinator and floral designer brought together lush greenery to fill the open air space that looked over the vast mountain range. A cool breeze, wonderful 70 degrees in the shade and amazing cocktails greeted guest as they arrived.

Just two days before their beautiful wedding day we adventured with these two at a wonderful waterfall in Dahlonega GA. After their shoot the spent that rest of the day boating on the lake in Blue Ridge.

“We met back in high school, in the mid 80s! We went off to college together and had plans to marry back then. But life got in our way, we had some family tragedies that took us apart from each other. There were no cell phones or emails back then and we just drifted apart. We never broke up or said “goodbye,” I don’t think that either of us could. After 35 years of being apart, we found our way back to each other! We truly believe that God made us for each other and that He led us back.”

Lynne stepped into her stunning A-line wedding gown with a pleated square neckline and double straps which continued along the neckline and off the shoulders. It was paired with a pleated skirt with a soft elegant slit. The peekaboo gave way to a cascading train. Her daughter helped her into the gown in the bridal suite while Scott prepared in the Lodge.

Once ready Lynne chose to do a first look with both of her sons!

Then it was time for Lynne + Scotts first look of the day.

Followed by the ceremony.

A wonderful reception followed with their closest family + friends.
