Depth in a photo helps to tell the story and create visual interest. The photo comes alive and begins to speak. A great way to do this during a wedding is by using crowds of people and focussing on the couple. Or using environment factors from nature in your foreground.
For example, during the reception photograph the couple through the people on the dance floor. When the couple looks back at the images they will see their wedding day from the perspective of their guests. Or while doing romantic photos of just the two of them at a vineyard, shoot through the vines with your couple on the other side to create an intimate secluded look.
There are so many ways to create depth in your photos on a wedding day but these 2 ways will get you started. We will share a more in-depth (see what I did there) LOL about this on our blog next week.
