Shelby + Ryan have the beautiful season of fall and college to credit for the start of their romance. With Ryan being an upper class man and Shelby just starting her college carrier it was only time till their paths crossed. And… when Ryan saw her for the first time he made sure they did.
For their wedding day October 3rd was beyond a doubt the day – as it was their dating anniversary. They both fell in love with Wolf Mountain Vineyard overlooking the breathtaking mountain scape. The fall breeze of early October with subtle fall color change and a stunning sunset set the perfect backdrop. Shelby chose a deep champagne natural palette full of romantic elements to accompany the fall atmosphere.

GETTING READY
Shelby slipped into her gorgeous designer wedding gown and heels with the help of her mother and sister at a Kaya Vineyard Cottage. In the mean time her bridesmaids waited up stairs for their first look! Her father was also looking forward to his first look with his daughter which take place at Wolf Mountain.
Ryan got ready in a separate Vineyard Cottage at Kaya with the help of his brothers and chose to do a first look with his mother. Tear jerker!

BRIDE + GROOM FIRST TOUCH
Once they were both looking amazing it was time for their private No Peeking First Touch with each other. The perfect time to calm nerves and pray with their best friend, soon to be spouse.

WEDDING BRIDAL PARTY
To ensure a relaxed and festive reception Shelby and Ryan chose to have several (not all – as to not see each other) bridal party photos documented before the ceremony. Giving both them, their family and friends optimal time to enjoy the celebration after their gorgeous ceremony.

And just before the ceremony Shelby’s ladies prayed over her with beautiful Holy Sprit inspired prayers.

THE WEDDING CEREMONY
Guest began to be seated and took in the mesmerizing view. As the music began to play Ryan walked down the aisle to await his beautiful bride. As guest came to their feet Shelby walked in looking radiant taking Ryan’s breath away, he knew this was the moment they become one. Their pastor presided over their wedding ceremony and Jesus Christ was the main focus. A love rooted in Christ Love.

THE RECEPTION
Just before the Grand Reception we snuck in a few more bridal party photos, family photos, stunning romantic photos and then whisked these two off for the time of their life dance the night away with family + friends.

Party

Dear Shelby + Ryan,
We hope this day for ever brings you wonderful memories and happiness. We also hope your love grows even deeper day by day as the years pass. We wanted to share this beautiful poem with you from Song of Solomon 8:6-7.
Place me like a seal over your heart,
like a seal on your arm.
For love is as strong as death,
its passion as enduring as the grave.
Love flashes like fire,
the brightest kind of flame.
Many waters cannot quench love,
nor can rivers drown it.
If a man tried to buy love
with all his wealth,
his offer would be utterly scorned.
May the worth of your love always out shine any gold. Cheers to years of love unending.
Much Love + Blessings,
The Horns
