Hannah & Lane became husband and wife this past weekend on a gorgeous fall day in the North Georgia Mountains. Family and guests gathered in the intimate Juliet Chapel to witness their vows and beautiful wedding ceremony. As a breeze rustled the leaves excitement could be felt throughout the grounds of the Chapel, reception space and adjoining cottages. Smiles, laughter and a touch of nervousness set the mood as these two amazing souls prepared with their dearest friends.
Hannah shared with us in her words how they meet, “Lane and I first met in art class in the 9th grade. That was my first elective and his third alternative option (believe me it showed, lol). Lane talked to me few times but was very shy. He started asking me for pencils every day and I gave them to him. After about a month of giving him a pencil everyday, I told him no and he got creative with conversation in other ways.”
According to family and friends Lane has been in love with Hannah forever! Be still our hearts!

Wedding Day Preparations
The ladies readied in one of the four Limelight Inn cottages, and of corse Fern was there to keep and eye on it all. Fern is Hannah’s pup and best dog ever. Hannah choose to slipk into her Justin Alexander Calypso designer Wedding gown with the help of her mother while the ladies waited downstairs for their first look. Her Brocade Ball Gown with a V-Neckline and Keyhole Back fit perfectly with the final touching being her Sarah Flint heels.
Hannah chose colors of olive green, white and gold for her wedding day to highlight fall, and let me tell you the ladies looked fabulous in their olive green Azazie Atelier bridesmaid dresses. Makeup Artist Kelsea JMUA and hair designer Anna Claire created stunning looks for all the ladies.
Meanwhile Lane and his gentlemen stepped into their dapper suits just two cottages down. Lane proposed on Hannah’s 27th birthday which was her golden year. One of the requests she had when he did proposal was for her family and friends to be present and boy did he deliver! He rented an event tent since it would be raining that day, he also wanted to make sure there was enough seating for everyone. When everyone was singing happy birthday on the porch with the cake Hannah had a suspicion he was going to propose. After she blew out her candles, he tapped her shoulder and got down on one knee!
Obviously she said yes!

Wedding Day First Looks
Once Hannah was ready I took her down for the first look with her bridesmaids followed by a first look with her father. LOVELOVELOVE

While everyone’s hair and make up was looking perfect we documented separate bridal party photos to ensure no peeking.

No Peeking First Touch!

Intimate Chapel Wedding
Juliette Chapel looked so lovely as guest took their seats in the pews. It is the perfect setting for their intimate wedding. The large windows which wrap around the entire chapel let in do much stunning natural light and beautifully framed God’s creation of the surrounding forest. It was simplicity and the elegant beauty of nature coming together.

Private Photos and Fabulous Reception

Dear Hannah + Lane,
Thank you so much for choosing us as your photography + film team. We have a special little prayer for you both.
We pray that our Heavenly Father grants you both the strength to remain faithful to one another. That He will guard your hearts and minds against anything that may tempt you to stray from your vows. We pray help them Lord to cultivate trust, honesty, and loyalty in every aspect of their relationship. May they honor each other in their words and actions, always reflecting the love and commitment they made before You. Strengthen their resolve to be faithful in both the good times and the challenging times. And give them the strength necessary to lead each other to heaven.
Much Love + Blessings,
The Horns
