Intimate Wedding + The Family Farm

Jennifer + Kyle

We were asked this past weekend, “What is something that stands out the most to you at a wedding?” I (Michelle) pauses and took a moment to think…” when a couple celebrates their marriage on family land that has been past down form generation to generation, that stands out to me. A place rich with family love, history, hard work and a legacy of true happiness and joy.”

Its was an honor to capture Jennifer + Kyle’s love story; then to peer into the past generations that made this connection possible was incredible. The farm has been in Jen’s family for over 4 generations and behind every door an amazing story is waiting to be told. Each photograph we took was filled with family history, from the kids “Smokey Mountain” play house to the old windmill and wooden fence that was put up piece by peace by their great grandfather. Breathtaking!
