There is nothing more beautiful than the mountains on a spring day in May as the flowers bloom and the birds sing. Jess + Joe chose Blue Mountain especially for that reason, both of them have a love for adventure hiking and traveling. With the vast mountain views and a long gravel road hidden in the Georgia mountains Blue Mountain was perfect.

Getting Ready

The day began in the blue Mountain Villa on property where Jess slipped into her gorgeous gown with the help of her mother. In the meantime her bridesmaids waited just down stairs for their first look. Joe readied in the separate bridal suite with great anticipation.

Blosm Design created stunning large bouquets of wildflowers that adorn the ceremony, and of corse Jess as she walked down the aisle.

Fathers First Look

Jess also chose to do a first look with there father, tissues please!

Private First Look

Once Jess and Joe were both looking fabulous it was time for their private first look followed by romantic photos. We just love when a couple does a first look, it takes away so much wedding day stress and jitters. It allows them to feel so relaxed and free.

“Joe proposed on Novermber 19th, 2022 on a hike in Smithgall Woods state park. Joe picked the spot because it had a perfect overlook of Mt. Yonah, a hike that is very special to us. While the proposal itself was private between just us, we did have a chance to celebrate that afternoon with Jess’ family and later with our friends!” – Jess

While everyone was looking perfect with hair and makeup on point we went into bridal party photos, giving Jess + Joe plenty of time after the wedding to join their guest for cocktail hour.

The Vows

Over looking the blue mountain range jess and Joe exchanged their vows and became husband + wife.

The Reception

Dear Jess + Joe,
