Amy + Layton were, you could say, destine for each other. As fait would have it they meet on hinge and quickly realized they both worked for Chick Fliet’s corporate office just in different buildings which were literally right across the street from each other. So in January of 2019 they decided to officially go on a first date to the Punch Bowl Social.
After 5 years of friendship, flirting and dating, this couple exchanged their vows at the beautiful Wolf Mountain Vineyards over looking the hills wrapped in November fall foliage.
Amy slipped into her gorgeous wedding gown with the help of her maid-of-honor in the Cabernet Cottage. While Layton dressed in the reserved wine bar with the help of his father. Excitement filled every inch of Wolf Mountain as these two amazing souls got ready.
Once ready Amy chose to do a first look with her mother and sister followed by a first look with her bridesmaids and her father. Layton also did a first look with both his mother and his father.
First Look
Then it was time for their official first look together in the vines. With so much joy we followed the first look up with romantic photos of just Amy + Layton. And of corse we slid in bridal party photos while everyone was looking stunning.
The Ceremony
Happy friends and family were treated with a wonderful cellists playing as they took their seat. The sun was just begging to set above the mountains and cool breeze swept though the arbor. Phenomenal florals but La Petite Fleur adorn the ceremony space and Tiffany Rose Art paired live as the ceremony took place. It was all perfection.
The ceremony ended just a few seconds past sunset so we took advantage of the momentary gorgeous lighting for both a full bridal party photo and a sunset photo.
Wedding Reception
Then it was off to the reception!
Dear Amy + Layton,
It was such a joy to document your first day as husband and wife. We wanted to share a little blessing with you, for the hands you will hold for the rest of your life; By Rev. Daniel L. Harris.
These are the hands of your partner, young and strong and full of love, holding your hands as you promise to love each other today, tomorrow, and forever. These are the hands that will work alongside yours as together you build your future. These are the hands that will hold you and comfort you in grief and uncertainty. These are the hands that will countless times wipe the tears from your eyes, tears of sorrow and joy. These are the hands that will hold your family as one. These are the hands that will give you strength. And these are the hands that even when wrinkled and aged, will still be reaching for yours, still giving you the same unspoken tenderness with just a touch.
May these photos bring you so much joy and happiness for years to come!
Much Love + Blessings,
The Horns
