Kelley + Owen’s love story began in college with a date set up by one of her good friends. Owen had seen Kelley at school and had a very good idea of who she was, however, Kelley had yet to notice him so this was the perfect connection. Thanks to sophomore year, warm conversations and plenty of nights laughing and enjoying each others company these two souls decided to become one.

Their wedding day took place at the gorgeous Kaya Vineyard overlooking the breathtaking mountain scape here in our little town of Dahlonega. The fall colors just starting to peek through and the cool air blowing in made for the perfect weather. Kelley chose a soft and natural palette full of romantic elements to accompany the fall atmosphere.

Getting Ready

After a champagne pop + toast with her bridesmaids Kelley slipped into her gorgeous designer wedding gown and heels with the help of her mother and sister in the Kaya Cottage. In the mean time her bridesmaids waited just outside the room for their first look!

In the meantime Owen got ready with his fathers help in the Kaya Cottage just next door. He had a few little fur companions join him as well. By the way, be sure to check out his pheasant feather bowtie, LOVELOVELOVE!

Bridesmaids First Look

Once both of them were ready and looking anting they chose to do a no peeking first touch sharing their vow with one and other.

The Ceremony

Guest were greeted with champagne as they began to be seated and took in the mesmerizing view. As the music began to play Owen walked down the aisle to await his beautiful bride. As guest came to their feet Kelley walked in looking radiant effortlessly walking down the white rose covered aisle. Owen’s heart beating quickly in his chest, this was the moment they become one.

Post Wedding Romance

Grand Reception

The tables were bedecked with cascading greenery, champagne colored pillar candles, white pearl shell place holders with each guest named engraved and white roses placed every so elegantly to adorn each table. The grand wedding tent over looking both the vineyard and the mountains provided a feast for the eyes along with exquisite dinner and wine paring.

Kelley + Owen also chose to have a mobile bar cart by Bridle N Brew available for guest on the lawn. Chris Ware w/ One Night Entertainment supplied the entertainment along with a dance floor, parting lighting and no heat floor fireworks for after their first dance. The cigar bar for guest had all them men gathered around sharing stories and good memories.

Dear Kelley + Owen,
We hope this day for ever brings you wonderful memories and happiness. We also hope your love grows even deeper day by day as the years pass. We wanted to share this beautiful verse with you from Mark 10:7-9

For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
