Beautiful Catholic weddings that are deeply reverent for our Lord, wrapped in prayer, rooted in a culture of faith, hope + joy always move our souls. Documenting His Glory in this world touches hearts and tells the story of God’s love for all of us.
We are so honored to have Jacqueline and Luke trusted us with their Holy Sacrament allowing us to tell their story through an editorial lens uniting authentic moments and artistic intent.

Preparing for the Sacrament
Genesis 2:18-24
“The LORD God said: “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a suitable partner for him.” So the LORD God formed out of the ground various wild animals and various birds of the air, and he
brought them to the man to see what he would call them; whatever the man called each of them would be its name. The man gave names to all the cattle, all the birds of the air, and all the wild animals; but none proved to be the suitable partner for the man.
So the LORD God cast a deep sleep on the man, and while he was asleep, he took out one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. The LORD God then built up into a woman the rib that he had taken from the man. When he brought her to the man, the man said:
“This one, at last, is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; This one shall be called ‘woman’, for out of ‘her man’ this one has been taken.”
That is why a man leaves his father and mother and clings to his wife, and the two of them become onebody.“
Jacqueline readied in the brides room at St. Monicas with the help of her mother and sister. She chose a classic strapless dress with intricate lace and embroidery along the corset and ball gown. The sweetheart neckline was elegant and tulle puffed detachable sleeves added modesty for the wedding Mass. With a little twist, the sleeves detach for the reception. A cathedral train adorn the back with lace the entire length and accompanied with a hand embroiled church veil.
The final touch was her Holy Family Neckless with the three hearts, Jesus’s Sacred Heart, the Immaculate Heart of Mary and The Most Chaste Heart of St. Joseph. These tree hearts were also on the stunning wedding invitations.
Luke stepped into his tux just down the hall in the grooms rooms with the help of his groomsmen. The entire place was lit with excitement.

First Looks
Once ready Jacqueline opted for a first look with her wonderful bridesmaids who were out side waiting to see her standing before our Mother Mary. Dad’s First look also happed right there, with Mary in the background.

N0 Peeking First Prayer
Luke + Jacqueline, however, decided to do a no peeking first prayer in the Grotto. They wanted to save the first look till she was walking down the aisle.

Genesis 1:26-28, 31a
“Then God said: “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and the cattle, and over all the wild animals and all the creatures that crawl on the ground.” God created man in his image; in the divine image he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them, saying: “Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and all the living things that move on the earth.” God looked at everything he had made, and he found it very good.“
Holy Sacrament of Marriage

Dear Luke + Jacqueline,
I found this quote from St. Zelie and had to start with it. “You well know that life is not long. You and I will soon be at the end, and we’ll be very grateful that we lived in a manner that doesn’t make our last hour too bitter.” – St. Zelie
What a beautiful reminder to live for heaven and the goal of helping each other to heaven. And one day when you have children leading them too to heaven. The joy of it is so wonderful it given me butterflies. As St. Zelie said this life is short, and not always easy as a reminder that we were made for heaven. But we can all be grateful when we live a in a manner that pleases God. So cheers to may years of living a life that pleases God staring with your Holy Marriage. Thank you again for choosing us as your photographers!
Much Love + Blessings,
The Horns
