Planning well in advance Josh contacted inquiring about or mountain top sunrise proposals. And as most of you know, we love hiking and we love sunrise so we were super excited to receive his email. With nervousness and excitement he explained his vision and wanted to lock in the date. He knew without a doubt that he had found the love of his life and wanted her to become his wife!

Quietly we sat on top of preachers rock at 6:40am awaiting the arrival of Josh and Ericka at 7:15am. The morning was still with a crisp 40 degree temp. The sky just behind the mountains was starting to change to an orange hue. Just a little early, at 7am, these two amazing souls arrived and took a seat amongst the small crowd that had gathered to watch for the moment when the sun first peeks over the mountain tops. Just as a tiny speck of the sun could be seen Josh stood up, helped Ericka stand up, gave her a hug than got down on one knee. With tears of joy in her eyes, Ericka said yes!
