Let’s talk business darlings. How about mentoring sessions? Typically we as creatives, artists, + dreamers don’t get into this business because we love office administration, budgeting, accounting and long hours in front of the computer.

We got into this because we want to do what we love for a living. We want to make a difference in this world. As well as making a difference filled with love, joy, peace and happiness. A difference that may be considered small to some, but large when it comes to touching people’s hearts. Also letting them know they are seen. We tell people’s stories for a living. We offer them a sight into themselves they very rarely get to see. The part we all see and love! At least that is why we got into photography. So far we have met hundreds of other photographers and fellow creatives who did it for the same reasons too.
BUT… we quickly realized running a successful business is about so much more than telling people’s stories and documenting creative photographs that capture the essence of a person’s soul.
The truth is, we also needed to be business minded. We have to think like business owners.
Yes.. We can be creatives, artists, + dreamers and at the same time we can also make a living. We don’t have to be the “starving artist” any longer. You just have to commit to educating yourself. Then do the hard work it takes to apply what you’ve learned.
And we also understand that as creatives we tend to learn differently than others. Creatives lean more towards visual and hands-on learning. Which is why Horn Photography and Design is now offering Mentoring Sessions!
