Roswell Engagement Session
The river was swollen from 5 days of rain and the thunder of the falls could be heard for a mile. As he guided her out onto the glistening rocks the mist of the falls surrounded them. The great winds produced by the raging water moved Katie’s dress through the air like a swan in flight just inches above the water. The two of them seemed to glide across the rocks in perfect harmony, him guarding every step of his beloved and her filled with grace and beauty moving effortlessly. There the two of them stood reflecting the majesty of our creator within the love they share.
Katie + Ted were on fire during their Roswell Engagement Session this past weekend and we loved every second of it!
The session began downtown Roswell reflecting the historic old-world beauty and location where Ted proposed. Just before he proposed Ted began his new career at City Hall and decided the park near City Hall would be the perfect place to ask Katie to be his bride. So, shortly after beginning his new job he picked the place for the proposal and had it all planned out. He invited Katie to take a tour of City Hall and then they would go to lunch. After touring City Hall they took a stroll through the sun kissed park near by. As they came upon two magnolia trees, Ted pointed out the roses he had arranged there for her. Katie picked up the roses to admire them and that was when Ted got on one knee and proposed! Obviously Katie said yes.
